How it leaves us

Packed by the person who poured it.

Orders placed before 15:00 go out the same afternoon; anything later catches the next morning's post. Glass travels in a moulded pulp tray inside a corrugated sleeve — we have posted 4,100 bottles since 2023 and replaced nine.

Will chrome stick to my own nail, or do I need gel?

Your own nail is fine. Nightglass Base Coat (€14) is the part that grips — one thin layer, ninety seconds to dry, then two coats of chrome. Over gel it works too, but file the shine off the gel first or the chrome slides.

I have ridges. Is a mirror finish a bad idea?

Chrome shows everything underneath, so yes, ridges read. Buff lightly with the three-sided block, then let the base coat fill the rest. Three nights of the Overnight Hand Mask makes a visible difference to how flat the plate sits.

How many manicures does one 12 ml bottle give?

About forty, two coats on ten nails each time. Opened and kept upright the formula stays pourable for eighteen months; the batch date is stamped on the base. If it thickens, two drops of Peel-Free Remover and a roll between the palms brings it back.

The tool set is sold out. What happens on 14 November?

Two hundred rolls land from Solingen that week. Everyone on the waitlist gets a message twelve hours before the page reopens, in the order they joined, and the price stays €48. Nothing is charged until you order.
